The main job responsibility of a support team is to ensure the efficient performance of all departments in an organization. They act as a connecting link between the senior management and the employees. They also provide motivation to the work force and make them realize the goals of the organization. In order to enhance the aforementioned skills and competences, Bayelsa Education Development Trust Fund in conjunction with National Institute for Educational Planning and Administration collaborated to build the capacity of Support Staff of the former.
