Professor Olivet Iornenge Wuheh Jagusah, mni, is the Director General/Chief      Executive Officer of the National Institute for Educational Planning and Administration, Ondo City, Ondo State, Nigeria. Innate of Ikyobo, Ushongo, Benue State, Nigeria. He attended Mbawuar Secondary School, Ihugh, Vandeikya LGA, Benue State, ECWA Theological Seminary Igbaja/University of Ibadan where he studies Theology/Philosophy (BA, 1990) and Christian and Comparative Religions (BA, 1990), Wheaton College, Graduate School, Wheaton Illinois USA and studied Educational Foundations (MA, 1993); attended Northern Illinois University, Dekalb, Illinois, USA, where he studied Leadership and Educational Policy Studies (M Sc Ed,1995), also at Northern Illinois University, he did another Masters’ Degree in Instructional Technology (M Sc Ed, 1998). It was at Northern Illinois University, that he got his Doctor of Education (EdD, 1999) in Teacher Education and Curriculum Leadership. He also did Post- Doctoral Work in Strategic Management with emphasis in Leadership and Organizational Change Management at the University of Phoenix, Online Phoenix, Arizona, USA.  A Certified Management Consultant (CMC) of the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI) 2007-ff, Prof Jagusah is a Fellow- The Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria. He is also, a Member, National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru, Nigeria (mni, 2016).

Professor Jagusah stared his Life Career as a Probationer Teacher with the Vandeikya LGA in May 1978, then moved to serve the Benue State Government as an Account Clerk in the then Ministry for Local Government, Youth and Sports before entering the Seminary to prepare for Ministry. Later he worked as a Missionary with the Evangelical Missionary Society of the Evangelical Church of West Africa, Jos, Nigeria. Later moved to Campus Crusade for Christ (The Great Commission Movement of Nigeria). Professor Jagusah has researched, taught, advised, and given leadership to educational institutions such as Salem University (Director, Academic Planning) Lokoja (2010), Federal University, Dutsin-Ma (Acting VC, Acting Director, Academic Planning, 2012), Sokoto State University, Sokoto (Dean and Director, Academic Planning);  (Director, Academic Planning); Eastern Illinois University, Chicago State University, University of Phoenix, and Walden University.

Professional, Professor Jagusah, a Procto-Academician, has presented over 43 National and International Conference Papers, have over 8 International Publications, over 10 National Publications, over 8 International and Local Academic Citations, over 7 Professional/Public Interests and Services Interviews,  over 5 Public Interests Publications, over 12 Honors/ Distinctions/Scholastic Achievements, 4 National Framework Presentations and Publication, and a Professor Wole Soyinka Mention for Progressive Idealism and praxis. He has built analytic and synthetic skills across the scientific, humanistic, and socialistic motifs, in order to help himself to overcome our emotivism of the everyday life. A father of 6 children and with his wife, Sheila, they did educate most of these children, at home up to 8th Grade (Primary 6). This is because the First Teachers of Every Child are the Parents.
