He is a seasoned educational planner, policy analyst, human resource consultant and facilitator in training programmes and co-facilitator in Fadama II World Bank project. He is a prolific writer and a researcher. He has taught in various capacities at several Universities, Polytechnics and Colleges of Education as a lecturer on part-time basis. He authored and co-authored many educational books. He has published many educational articles in both national and international journals and also a Member of Editorial Board, International Greener Journal and Educational Researcher and Reviews among others. He is a member of many professional bodies, among which are: Nigerian Institute of Management; Nigeria Association for Educational Administration and Planning (NAEAP); Associate Member, Business Educators of Nigeria; Associate Member, Nigeria Institute of Management and International Society for Educational Planning. Dr A.D.Shofoyeke, male, attended University of Lagos Akoka, Yaba and University of Ibadan, Ibadan both in Nigeria where he bagged B.Sc. (Ed) Mathematics Education in 1990, M.Ed. Curriculum Studies in Population Education in 1994 and Ph.D Social Studies with bias in Population Education in 2002 respectively. He began his job career at National Institute for Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA) in August 2003 as a Training and Research Fellow II and is currently an Associate Training and Research Fellow. He received trainings on Education Sector Strategic Planning, Projection and Simulation Model, Institutional Development Planning, Course Design and Writing, Participatory Mode of Training, Distance Learning, Action Research and Whole School Development through International Development Partners including DFID. His training and research focus is on Population related issues in education, training of education managers and education sector planners. David Shofoyeke is a consultant to the World Bank on Global Partnership on Education (GPE). He has published over 40 articles in national and international journals in addition to attending many local and international conferences. He is versatile in writing training workshop and research proposals, training modules, and training guides and proficient in workshop management. He participated actively in the development of education sector strategic and operational plans of Niger, Akwa Ibom, Nasarawa and Borno states. James Banji Fadokun was born on 7th April, 1969. He is a Research Fellow at the National Institute for Educational Planning and Administration. He attended Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria for his first and Post graduate Degrees in Public Administration and Educational Administration and Planning. His areas of specializations are: Higher Education, Cost and Financing of Education, Project Management, Development Planning and Gender and HIV/AIDS issues. He has conducted and led a lot of national studies in these areas. He is a consultant/resource person to a lot of International Agencies in Nigeria such as the World Bank, UNICEF, DFID, and British Council. He coordinated UNAIDS Interagency Task Team’s ‘Accelerating the Education Sector Response to HIV/AIDS Initiatives’ in Nigeria between 2002 -2006. He has written extensively on Basic Education, Higher Education and Financing of Education and has presented papers in international conferences world wide. He also participated in the training of education planners and managers at all levels of the education sector in Nigeria. He has participated in NIEPA/UNICEF Education Sector Planning in Jigawa and Anambra States and he was part of the technical team on sector planning in Yobe State. He was part of the consultants that evaluated the Child Friendly School Initiative in Nigeria by American Institute for Research, Washington.D.C. Mark Ayoola Omolade holds a Master Degree in Personnel Psychology from the great Ogun State University (Now Olabisi Onabanjo University) and he is currently working for the National Institute for Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA) Nigeria, as a Training and Research Fellow. He facilitates programmes on the global improvement of education in different spheres of life. He served as the Liaison officer of the Institute in Abuja, Nigeria from 2008 to 2015. He is a member of Counselling Association of Nigeria [CASSON], Nigeria Society of Educational Psychologist [NISEP] and the International Research and Development Institute [IRDI] Research and Development Network. Mark has both national and international publications in reputable journals and books. His experience as a Training and Research Fellow has been greatly enriched through his attendance at many internationally organised conferences and workshops and courses such as UNESCO, Paris conference on HIV/AIDS. Mark is a consultant to UNICEF in developing SESP/SESOP for Adamawa and Plateau States. Opeyemi Aderonke Oyekan is a seasoned educational administrator, teacher, trainer and researcher with bias in Educational Administration. She studied Educational Management (Economics), Educational Management (Institutional Administration) and Educational Evaluation and Measurement and Educational Management (Systems Administration) for her Bachelors, Masters and Ph.D respectively all from University of Ibadan. She is a writer, researcher and has published copiously in both national and international journals. Dr Oyekan has been involved in capacity building, human resource development, educational administration and management. She belongs to a number of professional associations including Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators (IPMA), Higher Education & Reform Network (HERPNET). Dr Adebisi,a distinguished scholar,attended University of Ibadan, Nigeria where he bagged Bsc (Ed) Mathematics and Educational Management in 1989, M.Ed(MIS) and Statistics of Education) 2002 and Ph.D (Educational Planning and Policy) 2011. He started his career as a classroom teacher with Oyo State Teaching Service Commission (OSTC) and rose to the Principal cadre before he resigned to further his education. He received trainings in Research Methods, Institutional Development Planning, Capacity building, Action Research and Whole School Development. He is bias in Technical and Vocational Education and Entrepreneurial scheme in Higher Education. A former lecturer at National Teachers Institute (NTI) 1990-1999, Part –time lecturer, University of Ibadan Distance learning 2005-2011. Shakirat Mojisola Olaitan-Onasanya, a native of Aiyepe, Ogun State holds a Masters degree (M.Ed) in Educational Management from the Lagos State University, Ojo (2008), a Bachelors of Education degree (B.Ed) Business Education (Accounting) from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (1998) and a National Certificate of Education (NCE) Business Education (Accounting, 1993).
